Our projects typically start at around £50,000 upwards for the build, with design fees calculated at a percentage of the expected construction cost. We’re happy to have an honest conversation about your garden and what’s realistic for you before any commitment is made.

Mature trees are one of the great assets of Sevenoaks gardens and we design with them as anchors, not obstacles. We work carefully to protect the roots and use the conditions created by the established trees; shade, shelter, leaf litter, to inform our planting choices.
